We have a lifetime of construction experience in various parts of the world.

In Mexico our experience dates back to 1985 when our British principal was responsible for the construction of two luxury ‘Marriott’ hotels: one in Puerto Vallarta and the other in Cancun.

This experience led, ultimately, to the establishment of our business in Mexico and to residing here full-time.

In 2006 we were awarded the job of Construction Consultants to Rosewood Hotels during the construction of their world-class Mayakoba hotel on the outskirts of Playa del Carmen.

 

During the past eight years, we have built, renovated and sold homes here in Playacar Phase 1 for American, Canadian, Italian and Russian clients and can communicate fluently with you in English, Spanish or French.
